You all know how much I love to see celebrities in inexpensive clothes. Vanessa Hudgens wore the Forever 21 sweater while out and about a few weeks ago. The sweater is under $30. Imagine being a pre-teen and seeing Vanessa shopping in the same store as you. Well, I’m sure she didn’t buy her own sweater at the store, but however she got it, it’s a budget-friendly sweater and I love it!!
